comfortable stay with a lovely view

The house is beautifully designed with serene surroundings. Breakfast is awesome. It was delicious and filling at only $7 per person. I appreciated the availability of rental bikes. The rooftop patio provided a fine view of the river.

Nice building and rooms with a kitchenette. Impeccable service from the ACCOMMODATING, pleasant staff members.

Its location was peaceful right beside a long bike path. And it was also just off the town centre, well kept Parkway between Rockport and Gananoque, and the 1000 islands national park.

The hotel is beautifully designed with serene surroundings, and I loved the fine view of the St Lawrence River from the rooftop patio.

My overall experience was marred by a few inconveniences. The suite I booked, supposed to have two king beds, felt more like a large basement apartment without any privacy-ideal for a family but not for couples needing some separation. I encountered a problem with a broken tap in one of the bathrooms.

Enjoyed how the double room was arranged when we arrived. The hotel was set in a riverside area very close to the lake, Gananoque where there is a variety of excellent restaurants. It also was in beautiful 1000 islands.

Central heating, iron/ironing board, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in exceptionally clean and huge rooms were awesome.

The breakfast was great-easily the best we had on our trip! Plus, the location was a stone's throw from a lovely biking trail along the river, with fine views to boot.

Aye, the spot was chill right by the lake and the rooms was mad comfy. The owners was super friendly and made it easy for us to rent bikes last minute. That breakfast? Prob'ly the best we had on our whole trip. Only thing was, it ain't have lake views from the room which was a bit of a letdown.

While the owners acted like they were doing me a favor, I couldn't even get any wifi to work! And let's discuss the tacky signs. A dollar for water after 9pm? I expected at least a complimentary bottle with my stay. I almost gave them a good review, but I just couldn't. Good luck finding it on the dark road, too.

Riverview B&B really impressed me with its fine view of the St Lawrence River from the rooftop patio. The breakfast selection was lovely, with freshly cooked omelettes and fluffy pancakes that kickstarted my day perfectly. The huge outdoor lounge area was fantastic for unwinding, especially with the options to BBQ. The room I stayed in had two king beds, a layout that felt spacious but lacked privacy-more separation between sleeping areas would've been a big plus. The bathroom facilities were convenient with two bathrooms, but broken taps in one bathroom did make things tricky. On the whole, I would definitely return, but I hope they address the layout for better privacy and fix those small maintenance issues.

Free breakfast was amazing! Air conditioning was a bit lacking.

The spacious room had a fantastic view from the terrace. It was super clean. The grounds were well kept!

The breakfast selection was great, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby golf course and Landon Bay hiking trail. The rooftop patio view was perfect. Rent bikes if you can. It. Totally recommend this spot for a group getaway!

One downside was that the portable air conditioner didn't cool the room effectively, a bit uncomfortable at times.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The fresh fruit cocktail at breakfast was a good touch that I appreciated.
